Il deliverable mira ad analizzare la disoccupazione di lunga durata (LTU) in Toscana, con un focus specifico sui quattro territori coinvolti nella sperimentazione del progetto. L’analisi esamina i determinanti e i profili delle persone disoccupate di lunga durata, includendo le loro principali caratteristiche, esigenze e le barriere che ostacolano il loro inserimento lavorativo, con l’obiettivo di orientare interventi più mirati nei quattro territori. Inoltre, l’attività esplora la gestione integrata dei disoccupati di lunga durata da parte dei servizi sociali e per l’impiego, nonché il coinvolgimento e il ruolo delle imprese nel sostenere l’inclusione nel mercato del lavoro delle persone in LTU.

The deliverable aims to analyse long-term unemployment (LTU) in Tuscany, with a specific focus on the four territories involved in the project’s experimentation. The analysis examines the determinants and profiles of long-term unemployed individuals, including their main characteristics, needs, and barriers that hinder their job placement, with the objective of informing more targeted interventions in the 4 territories. In addition, the task explores the integrated management of LTUs by social and employment services, as well as the involvement and role of businesses in supporting the labour market inclusion of LTUs.
